Hunter Foster, Gary Beach & John Shearer to Star in Moon Over Buffalo at Cape Playhouse

This August, Cape Playhouse will present Ken Ludwig’s “Moon Over Buffalo," starring Tony-Award winner Gary Beach (Roger de Bris in “The Producers”), Hunter Foster and Jennifer Cody from the 2008 show “Lend Me a Tenor,” and John Shearer from last season’s “Dirty Rotten Scoundrels.”“It’s going to be a summer of audience favorites and recession busters,” said Cape Playhouse Artistic Director Evans Haile, who has spent the winter planning this season’s hit parade of shows and casting playhouse veterans and new faces born for their roles.“You don’t have to take a plane to Europe or drive to New York when you have a line-up of great Broadway entertainment and stars for literally half the price right here in Dennis,” Haile said. “We expect to hear lots of laughter echoing across the playhouse grounds this summer.”"Moon Over Buffalo," which premiered on Broadway in 1995 starring Carol Burnett, Philip Bosco and Randy Graff, depicts the trials and tribulations of a dysfunctional theater troupe.Tickets and more information available at (877) 385-3911 or capeplayhouse.com.
