Ken Ludwig attends Roundhouse Theatre's first rehearsal of Treasure Island
On Tuesday, October 30th, Treasure Island a play by Ken Ludwig, adapted from the novel by Robert Louis Stevenson, began rehearsals at Maryland's Roundhouse Theatre. Mr. Ludwig himself was on site for the occasion to meet and greet the impressive artistic team assembled for Treasure Island's East Coast premiere.Ken Ludwig's new version of Robert Louis Stevenson's rollicking coming of age story follows the adventures of the young cabin boy Jim Hawkins and the infamous pirate Long John Silver. A classic saga about buccaneers and buried gold, Treasure Island features plenty of action, swordplay, and sea-faring spectacle.Directed by Blake Robison, the production will feature Jeff Allin, Ethan T. Bowen, Marybeth Fritzky, Mitchell Hebert, Mark Mineart, Tony Nam, Tuyet Thi Pham, Stephen F.
